Meet Deb

Empowering Women Through Holistic Care

Over the last 20 years, Deb’s practice has grown and cultivated a strong interest in women’s health. She is particularly focused on helping women navigate hormonal changes in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s. She is dedicated to guiding women through various life stages with support, knowledge, and confidence, equipping them with the tools to thrive and lead healthier lives.

Deb is also one of the creators and coordinators of Nourish, a women’s health conference designed to inspire and inform women interested in natural health and wellness.

Deb Lightstone has been practicing in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area since 2004.
